"Dilbot" is sort of a play on the names of the characters in the Dilbert comic. Dilbert, Dogbert, Catbert, etc. There's a story that Dogbert was originally supposed to be named, "Dildog". So Dil-Bot. Turns out there actually was a robot named "Ruebert" in the strip that didn't last too long.
